At I-Pixel, ongoing help & support is important to us and over the years we have provided training to our clients as part of our website packages, and we intend to continue offering this. However, during a training session there is an awful lot of information to take in and understand and invariably there are post training questions via email and telephone. To help reduce those and provide a service that is available 24/7/365 we have partnered with PsmegTV to produce an ongoing collection of free training videos for WordPress.

The training videos will cover the basics of using your WordPress website, but won’t be limited to just the core software. We will also be covering some of the powerful free & commercial add-ons that many of our clients use on their websites. We will be covering add-ons like Visual Composer, Slider Revolution 5 & WooCommerce in great detail so all our clients can make the most of their websites and create / manage powerful, versatile and eye catching sites that help make their business stand out among the crowd.

We don’t intend to just cover WordPress, we are also looking at covering some of the other commercial software that we utilise on our clients websites. We want this great new training facility to be there to answer as many of your post training questions in a clear, concise and relaxed way. So when you have a question, your first point of call is the PsmegTV tutorial hub.

As a side note, Paul has been involved in creating video training for almost 20 years covering topics like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Web Design, Reaper DAW and more…. Creating videos for his own training website (WZ2K: Digital Illusions Explained) that reached over 1.2 million viewers a month!!!  He has also been commissioned to create exclusive video training for top magazines like Digital Camera Magazine, .Net and Computer Arts. He was also an IT Trainer for nearly 10 years specialising in graphic design and multimedia.
